Established in 1817 and published annually, Laxton's is the UK's leading building price book containing a wealth of construction cost and industry related information. In addition to providing detailed cost data the book has sections on preliminaries, regional variations, basic prices of materials, composite prices for approximate estimating, wages, plant, square metre prices, National Working Rule Agreement, daywork charges, fees, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2008, construction procurement, sustainable construction, tables and memoranda, brands and trade names, company information and products and services.

Laxton's Building Price Book 2015 for UK Mainland Delivery

Two editions of the 2015 book are available, one in the standard 'Standard Rules on Measurement' format (SMM), and one in the new 'New Rules of Measurement' format (NRM).
